We’d like to bring your attention to a great cause, that will not only get you active (which we all need, after being confined to quarters again), it will also honour an amazing woman.
Nicola Spencer of Spencers Estate Agents is raising money for St Luke’s Hospice, in honour of her incredible mum, Anne.
St Luke’s had always been very close to Anne’s heart and it was here she longed to be after a sudden return of Lymphoma. Within 24 hours of arrival at the hospice, this was sadly to be her last resting place.
Now Nicola and the whole team at Spencers Agents, wish to give back to the place they hold dear for their wonderful care and support.
They are pledging to run 125km each in February, in a touching tribute that mirrors the distance between Nicola’s mum’s home, and the Trafford Centre – a place both of her parents loved to go.
They are now inviting you to join them on this heartfelt journey by completing the 125km yourselves via any means necessary. Whether you prefer to run, walk, cycle or even horse ride, the choice is yours but the aim is simple. Hit the target distance throughout February, honour an amazing woman and donate to a wonderful charity – St Luke’s Hospice.
