Well, this is exciting, the team behind Peddler street food market are opening their own bar on Friday!
The Factory Floor bar is part of the 92 Burton Road complex where Peddler takes place, the bar will be open Thursday to Sunday every week!
The team have took shopping locally to the next level, using Kelham Concrete and Design Workshop to deck the place out with waste material from Neepsend’s factories.
They’ll also be offering the freshest produce available. Neepsend Brewery (who recently moved next door) will be feeding beer from their tanks to huge containers in the bar, ready to pour, this is the only tank-to-tap bar in the city. Other beers will be also be available.
On the bar wall they will be infusing their own spirits and later in the year they’ll be adding food to their menu from just across the courtyard with ingredients from Sheffield Cheesemasters and The Depot Bakery.
They have also invested in a sound system and a DJ booth on a mezzanine for the 300 capacity venue.
