Nether Edge Art and Craft Fair

Nether Edge Art & Craft Fair goes virtual

Like most things in 2020, Nether Edge’s popular Christmas Market was unfortunately cancelled, cheers COVID! Thankfully that didn’t stop Jean Allen, organiser of the Nether Edge Art & Craft Fair who got creative herself.

Christmas Markets not only bring festive joy to the local community, they are a huge money earner for stallholders who look to sell their products as Christmas gifts. COVID-19 has seen many adapt to the ‘new normal’ and technology has played a key role.

In just one week Jean has turned an idea into a brand new website packed with some of Nether Edge Farmers Market and the Art & Craft Fair favourites as she’s brought the event online. This great initiative helps to support the community, independent makers and those looking for unique gifts that you won’t find on Amazon.

Jean says, “The response has been overwhelming, with many well-known names and new ones signing up. This website showcases the huge variety of creative talent in Nether Edge, and helps everyone to shop safely and locally.”

Stallholders include sweet treats from Homemade by Sammy, jewellery from Designs By Fern, beers from Turners Bottle Shop and much more…

Support independents this Christmas and shop local.

The virtual Nether Edge Art & Craft Fair is online now until just before Christmas with new stalls added daily.
